Our client is a leading ASX200 listed real estate investment group with a substantial portfolio of social infrastructure assets across Australia. The business has established itself as a recognised owner, developer and manager of childcare and healthcare assets, with a long-term track record of growth and capital deployment.

An opportunity now exists for an Analyst to join the Investment & Portfolio team, supporting a broad range of valuation, portfolio management, investment analysis and transaction-related activities.

The Chance

n

Reporting to the Head of Investment & Portfolio, the successful candidate will gain broad exposure across the management and performance of a significant property portfolio, while working closely with senior investment professionals on valuation, investment and strategic decision-making activities.

n

The role offers a high-visibility seat within a lean and well-regarded team, providing exposure across both portfolio management and investment functions that would typically sit across multiple roles in larger organisations.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Supporting portfolio and asset-level valuation processes
n
- Maintaining and enhancing financial models used for investment and portfolio decision-making
n
- Tenant, asset and portfolio performance analysis
n
- Acquisition and divestment support, including due diligence and investment papers
n




- Industry research, market analysis and portfolio reporting
n
- Preparation of materials for senior management and Board consideration
n
- Liaison with valuers, consultants, tenants and other external stakeholders
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

We are interested in speaking with candidates who possess approximately 2-5 years' experience gained within valuations, advisory, funds management, property, infrastructure or a related analytical environment.

The successful candidate will bring:

- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability

- Exposure to valuation, investment analysis or portfolio reporting activities
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and commercial judgement
n
- The ability to operate effectively within a lean and collaborative team environment

Experience within property, infrastructure or other asset-intensive sectors will be viewed favourably, however candidates from broader advisory and investment-related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
