Working hours: 3pm–8pm | 3–5 weekday shifts

$42 per hour + super + uncapped commission

We're hiring two casual appointment setters to join our Burleigh Heads team.

n

You'll primarily speak with warm solar and battery enquiries, along with following up older leads and carrying out some outbound prospecting when required.

n

Your job is to:

n

- Get customers on the phone.
n
- Control the conversation.
n
- Handle objections.
n
- Book properly qualified appointments.
n

n

We don't want someone who reads a script and books rubbish just to hit a number.

n

We want someone confident, sharp and motivated by results.

n

The Role

n

n
- Calling warm solar and battery enquiries
n
- Responding quickly to fresh inbound leads
n
- Following up older and unanswered enquiries
n
- Carrying out outbound prospecting when required
n
- Booking qualified in-home consultations
n
- Handling objections confidently
n
- Collecting power bills and qualifying customers
n
- Confirming appointments and setting expectations
n
- Following up by phone, SMS and email
n
- Keeping CRM notes accurate
n
- Working closely with our sales team
n

n

You'll mainly speak with South East Queensland homeowners after work, while also covering Western Australian customers during normal daytime hours.

n

This is one of the strongest calling windows in the business.

n

Hours

- 3pm–8pm, Monday to Friday
n
- 3–5 shifts per week
n




- Approximately 15–25 hours
n
- Additional shifts available based on performance and business needs
n

Pay

n

- $42 per hour
n
- Super paid on top
n
- Uncapped commission
n
- Weekly performance incentives
n
- Opportunity to move into permanent part-time or full time work

n

You'll receive a strong hourly rate, but you'll also be expected to perform.

The better your appointment quality and sales results, the more you can earn.

- Take ownership of your numbers

- Don't need to be constantly pushed

Solar experience is helpful but not essential.

n

We can teach you solar.

n

Phone confidence and a desire to perform are non-negotiable.
