Job Description
CJD Equipment is looking for an experienced Resident Field Service Technician to join our growing team!

Reporting to the State Service Manager, this is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you'll build strong relationships, manage your own workflow, and deliver high-quality service across the Sunshine Coast / Wide Bay region—with full support from our Brisbane branch.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose, service, and repair construction and earthmoving equipment in office and in the workshop
n
- Manage job bookings, communicate directly with customers, and deliver outstanding service
n
- Build and maintain a loyal regional customer base
n
- Work independently while staying connected to a supportive team
n
n

What You'll Bring

- Proven field service experience in construction or earthmoving equipment
n
- Strong diagnostic, technical, and communication skills
n
- A customer-first mindset and professional approach
n
- Experience with service diagnostics software and parts catalogues
n
- Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills
n
- Flexibility to travel and stay overnight as required
n
- LR or MR Licence (or above)
n
- Air Conditioning Handling Licence
n
