The opportunity

n

As a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) you'll manage your own portfolio of predominantly corporate clients (approx. 95%) with some high-value individual matters.

n

You will:

n

n
- Provide end-to-end immigration advice on employer sponsored and skilled visas
n
- Assess visa options, eligibility and application merits for corporate clients and their employees
n
- Prepare, lodge and manage visa and nomination applications, including liaising with immigration authorities and skills assessment bodies
n
- Respond to requests for further information and refusals where required
n
- Lead and mentor a migration co-ordinator who supports you with case preparation and administration
n
- Contribute to process and service improvements as the firm continues to grow
n

You'll report to a highly regarded immigration manager and have access to senior specialists whenever you need a sounding board on complex matters.

About you

n

n
- Are a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) with current, active MARA registration
n
- Have 3+ years' experience (more senior candidates are very welcome) in Australian immigration, with:n n
- Solid experience in employer sponsored visas (essential)
n
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases in a busy, deadline-driven workplace
n
- Experience providing immigration advice to corporate clients
n

- Are highly organised, with strong attention to detail and excellent written communication
n
- Are proactive, results-driven and passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives
n
- Are ambitious for your long-term career and keen to grow with a premier migration firm that truly invests in its people
