This role sits in the Health & Safety function to embed a culture of proactive risk management and regulatory safety compliance, across the health & wellbeing space at UNSW

Why your role matters
n
As the Health & Wellbeing Project Coordinator you will provide practical project and operational support to the Head of Health & Wellbeing, ensuring the effective delivery of health, wellbeing and safety initiatives across the university. Joining a growing team, you'll help set the foundations of the role, focusing on planning, tracking, and administration of events and programs, enabling the Head of Health & Wellbeing to deliver meaningful outcomes within UNSW's Health & Wellbeing Framework, ensuring the integration of psychological and physical health into the University's overarching Health & Safety strategy.

About You:
n
Holding strong organisational skills, you can confidently manage priorities,
communicate with diverse audiences and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, complex environment. Bringing project coordination experience, you'll have a collaborative and solutions-approach to supporting operational needs and projects that make a real impact.
n
You Hold The Following Skills & Experience
n
n
- Strong capability and experience relating to project support in a customer focused environment within a complex organisation (exposure to health, wellbeing and safety projects an advantage).
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent level of knowledge gained through education, training and/or experience an internal safety function.
n
- Demonstrated skills and technical proficiency in the use of digital enterprise applications and systems MS Office suite, and reporting software
n
- Experience in the development and maintenance of documents including procedures and guidance.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced and the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build cooperative relationships across multiple teams.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of Health & Wellbeing and Safety team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
n
- Proven ability to work efficiently and with initiative to identify, analyse and resolve administrative issues ensuring effective outcomes and process improvements
n
