Proactive Care is seeking an experienced General Practitioner for a fully remote telehealth role delivering structured chronic disease management for veterans and complex multi-system patients.

The role offers an independent contractor model with an initial guaranteed hourly rate of $215 AUD and a transition to 70% of billings, across Medicare and DVA streams, with additional sign-on incentives.
