About the Role

An opportunity exists for a technically capable Data Centre Manager to support the operational reliability and performance of a hyperscale facility in Melbourne. This role centres on infrastructure oversight, compliance, and vendor coordination without line management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Ensure ongoing performance and uptime of MEP systems and facility infrastructure.
n
- Monitor operational KPIs and support reporting and compliance efforts.
n
- Contribute to incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
n




- Coordinate technical input for audits, upgrades, and risk reviews.
n
- Collaborate with service providers and internal stakeholders.
n

Requirements

- Proven experience in critical infrastructure or data centre environments.
n
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems at a high level.
n
- Familiarity with ISO, ITIL, or similar operational frameworks.
n
- Robust documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
n
- Ability to work in high-availability, process-driven environments.
