We're searching across the Toowoomba, Ipswich and Western Corridor regions for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major multi-year development. This is more than a construction project. It's the creation of a place where people will live, connect and create memories for years to come.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Keeping programmes, budgets and delivery targets on track.
n
- Leading a high-performing team focused on delivering great work.
n
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, consultants and internal teams.
n
- Driving quality, safety and site performance across every stage.
n
- Monitoring project performance, forecasting outcomes and managing profitability.
n
- Identifying risks early and solving problems before they impact delivery.
n




- Building robust relationships with stakeholders and keeping communication clear.
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- 5+ years' experience delivering large-scale residential or commercial construction projects.
n
- Proven success managing programme, budget and project performance.
n
- A leader who takes ownership, follows through and gets the best out of people.
n
- Strong relationship-building skills with trades, suppliers, consultants and stakeholders.
n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to keep projects moving when challenges arise.
n
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, White Card and unrestricted Driver's Licence.
n
