Job Description

You will be part of a 3 person management team in this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring exceptional customer service within our busy restaurant.

What you'll be doing

- Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and budgets
n
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
n
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
n
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience
n
- Foster a positive work workplace and promote a culture of continuous improvement
n
- Liaise with the Head Chef to plan menus, monitor food quality, and control costs
n
- Analyse performance data and generate reports to inform decision-making

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
n
- Strong operational skills, with a proven track record of driving financial results and improving efficiency
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
n
- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
n
- Thorough understanding of food safety, liquor licensing, and other relevant regulations
n
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
