Labourers/Leading Hands - Power Pole to Pit Electrical Civils, NBN Pit and Pipe

Dynaton Electrics Pty Ltd is seeking experienced NBN PIT & PIPE AND ELECTRICAL POLE TO PIT Civil Labourers and Leading Hands to join our growing team in Heatherton,East VIC. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the expansion of our telecommunications & Electrical infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

n

Excavating and backfilling pits, manholes and trenches for the installation of underground Telecommunication and Electrical cables

n

Installing, connecting and maintaining underground pits, pipes and conduits

n

Operating various machinery and equipment such as jackhammers, compaction equipment, and hand tools

n

Ensuring work is completed to high safety and quality standards

n

Assisting with the supervision and mentoring of junior team members as a Leading Hand

n

Installation for new developments in the south eastern suburbs Melbourne

n

Reliable team players who take pride in quality workmanship and safety

n





Proven experience as a Labourer or Leading Hand in the civil construction industry

n

Strong knowledge of protected work practices and ability to work safely in an active construction site

n

Competent in the use of hand tools, power tools, and light machinery

n

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team

n

Valid driver's licence and Construction Induction Card (White Card)

n
