Our client specializes in providing support to the mechanical services industry in commercial construction projects. We offer a range of services, including offsite steel manufacturing capabilities, expertise in metal work, piping systems, stainless services, prefabrication, and onsite support.

Frontlineare currentlyseeking for experienced Boilermaker-Welder-Fabricator based in Dandenong & Mordialloc.

What's on offer?

- Casual ongoing position
n
- Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 6am - 2.30pm | Friday 6am - 12pm | possible overtime
n
- Great hourly rates - TA or non-Qualified $52p/h | Qualified $60p/h
n
- Weekly pay
n

Your daily duties will consist of:

n

n
- Preparing of items using power or hand tools ready for assembly
n
- Review drawings and specifications to determine job requirements
n
- Select and prepare the correct materials for cutting and fabrication processes.
n
- Perform fabrication work, including MIG and TIG welding, to required quality standards.
n
- Carry out manual handling tasks in a safe and effective manner.
n

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:

n

n
- Minimum 2yrs+ Boilermaker/Welder/Sheetmetal Worker/Fabricator (or equivalent)
n
- Proficient in MIG & TIG welding
n
- Preferably have stainless steel & pipe welding experience
n
- Training provided for right candidates
n
- Must be an Australian citizen/permanent resident
n
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
n
- Reliable & punctual
n
