n Barga Pty Ltd T/ A Caesar Emporium is seeking a skilled Business Operation Manager (Senior Retail Manager) to lead the retail and service operations in Griffith, NSW. Key Responsibilities:

n

- Plan, organize, and oversee showroom and retail operations to achieve business objectives.
n
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market competitiveness.
n
- Analyze sales trends, financial reports, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
n
- Prepare, monitor, and control budgets, expenditure, and profitability.
n
- Recruit, train, mentor, and performance-manage sales consultants, warehouse staff, and administrative employees.
n
- Develop workforce plans, rosters, and performance improvement strategies.
n
- Establish and maintain customer service standards, resolve complex enquiries, and implement service improvement initiatives.
n
- Oversee inventory planning, stock forecasting, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
n
- Liaise with manufacturers, wholesalers, and freight providers regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
n
- Ensure showroom presentation, merchandising standards,



and product displays optimize customer engagement.
n
- Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
n
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety, Australian Consumer Law, and company policies.
n
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and seasonal sales program
n
- Coordinate communication between sales, warehouse, purchasing, and administration teams.
n
- Represent the business professionally with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
n

Qualifications & Experience:

- Relevant Diploma or higher qualification

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within retail or operations management
