Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our thriving team at AMT Conveyancing in Oak Park, Victoria. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth property transactions for our clients, providing expert advice and ensuring all legal requirements are met. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation for property purchases, sales and transfers
n
- Conducting title searches and other property-related research
n
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process
n
- Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations throughout the conveyancing process
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations
n
- Coordinating the settlement process and attending settlement meetings
n
- Maintaining accurate records and files for all property transactions
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a conveyancing role, preferably within a legal or property services firm
n
- Thorough understanding of property laws and regulations,



including those specific to Victoria
n
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients
n
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant technology
n
- Experience with conveyancing software platforms is required
n
- A customer-focused approach and commitment to providing high-quality service
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Australian work rights are required for this position
n
- Certificate or Diploma level qualification is required
n
