The Opportunity

We're looking for a Queensland Building Manager to take the reins in Queensland Region. This is your chance to run your region like it's your own business—managing a team, growing trade relationships, hitting KPIs, and being the go-to leader on the ground.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Leading the delivery of multiple residential projects across QLD
n
- Managing and mentoring site supervisors and subcontractors
n
- Driving performance against build timeframes, budgets, and quality standards
n
- Coordinating with estimating, pre-construction, and maintenance teams
n
- Solving problems quickly and confidently
n
- Ensuring WHS compliance and high site standards
n
- Reporting directly to the National Construction Manager
n

What You'll Bring

n

n




- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Area Manager, or Senior Supervisor (volume residential)
n
- Strong knowledge of Queensland building codes and NCC
n
- Natural leadership and communication skills
n
- High attention to detail and accountability
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output setting
n
- A current builder's license or supervisor's registration is highly desirable
n
- A network of reliable trades in the QLD region is a big bonus (local to Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Gympie, Sunshine Coast- advantageous).
n
- Experience with Onsite Companion or similar Project Management Applications
