Are you an experienced Support Worker who wants to make a real difference?
n Eternal Disability Care is seeking reliable, skilled Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex needs in home and community settings.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Support daily living tasks including personal care, meals, and household duties
n
- Assist with community access, appointments, and social activities
n
- Follow Behaviour Support, Mealtime, and Health Management Plans
n
- Support participants with dignity, safety, and independence
n
- Complete accurate shift notes and documentation.
n

n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Experience supporting participants with complex or high-intensity needs (SIL preferred)
n
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills
n
- Confidence managing challenging behaviours
n




- Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and participant rights
n
- Manual handling knowledge or experience
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- First Aid and CPR (current)
n
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Legal working rights in Australia
n
- Working With Children Check (preferred)
n
- Medical Administration Certificate
n
