The Role

n

Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the team.

n

This is a hands‐on role where you'll take ownership of multiple concurrent projects across Sydney, rather than being tied to a single major project. You'll work closely with clients, builders, site teams and subcontractors to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

- General construction projects

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage multiple concurrent electrical projects from start to finish
n
- Coordinate and lead site teams, including Supervisors and Leading Hands
n
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project procurement
n
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting
n
- Prepare and manage variations
n
- Procure materials and coordinate project programmes
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, consultants and end clients
n
- Manage ongoing service and maintenance workflows following project completion
n
- Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards, WHS legislation and company safety procedures
n
- Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional client service
n

About You

n

n
- Electrical trade background (preferred) or relevant Engineering qualification
n
- Minimum 2years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager (5 If not from Electrical Trade Background)
n
- Experience delivering commercial electrical projects
n
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgets and cost control
n
- Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders
n
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
