We are looking for an experienced, driven Area Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across a key retail client portfolio in Greater & Regional Brisbane. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be the engine behind exceptional service delivery - managing teams, building solid client relationships, and ensuring every site hits the mark on quality, compliance, and performance.

What You Will Do

n

n
- Oversee multi-site operations and ensure all contractual obligations are met
n
- Manage staffing, resourcing, and labour planning within budget
n
- Drive quality standards across all cleaning services and client sites
n
- Lead regular client and team meetings; resolve issues promptly
n




- Coordinate labour, equipment, and materials for seamless service delivery
n
- Produce accurate management reports and client communications
n

What You Will Bring

n

n
- 3+ years in a multi-site management role with experience in facilities or services sector
n
- A natural leader who brings out the best in their teams - confident, fair, and approachable
n
- Strong communicator with polished written and verbal skills
n
- Sharp with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
n
- Sound knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award 2020
n
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed
n
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working both autonomously and in a team
n
