BP Service Station Retail Manager (Full Time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our BP Summer Hill team, as a Retail Manager (Full time).

n

The following are required for this role:

n

Unrestricted working rights in Australia

n

Petrol and Convenience retail and customer service experience.

n

MUST be available to work 5.5 days/week (Monday - Saturday) between 8am-4pm depending on daily office hours.

n

Access to car/ transport.

n

Able to lift a minimum of 15kg, for stock replenishment and deliveries.

n

Successful Applicants will have the following skills and attributes:

n

Outstanding sense of customer service and understanding customer needs.

n

Knowledge of petrol and convenience retail, with a willingness to further your learning

n





Demonstrated experience working in retail management

n

Excellent organisational skills, punctuality and sense of responsibility

n

Experience with stock handling

n

Ability to take direction as well as, work autonomously and as part of a team

n

Availability of 38-40 hours/ week (Monday-Saturday)

n
