Western Health is seeking a motivated Dispensary Pharmacist (Grade 1) to join our team in a permanent full time capacity (80 hours per fortnight). The role focuses on dispensing for inpatients and outpatients, including Hospital in the Home (HITH), with an emphasis on patient education, safety, and medicines optimisation.
