Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and skilled Labourer/Maintenance Person to join our team. This is a full time position offering a variety of work across residential construction and property maintenance.

The successful applicant will assist with a range of construction and maintenance tasks while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Perform general labouring duties on residential construction sites.
n
- Carry out general building and property maintenance tasks.
n
- Assist the Site Supervisor with daily site activities.
n
- Load, unload, and move construction materials.
n
- Maintain a clean jobsite and safe work environment.
n
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
n
- Complete tasks both independently and as part of a team.
n

Requirements:

n

n




- Previous experience as a skilled labourer, maintenance person or in a similar role.
n
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
n
- Current Construction White Card.
n
- Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided during work hours).
n
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
n
- Strong work ethic with a reliable, positive attitude.
n
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
n
