Job Description

Reporting to Senior leadership in the business, this role is responsible for the HR and Admin functions. You will be a key advisor on all people-related matters, ensuring the business is equipped with the capability, culture, and systems to deliver operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

n

- Partner with leaders to provide HR and IR advice.
n
- Drive performance management frameworks and uplift leadership capability.
n
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
n
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements.
n
- Lead and support workplace investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
n
- Oversee training and development programs aligned to operational needs.
n
- Support and strengthen health, safety, and return-to-work programs.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across people, culture, and systems.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

n

n
- Proven experience in a generalist HR leadership role within a manufacturing, production, logistics or industrial environment.
n
- Understanding of protected work practices and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n




- A confident and pragmatic HR leader who is equally comfortable on the floor as you are influencing senior leaders.
n
- Strong industrial relations and employment law expertise.
n
- Experience working with unions.
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee matters and investigations.
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the business.
n
