About the Role
n
We're looking for an organised, reliable Site Administrator to join our team at the Laverton Data Centre project. This is a hands-on admin role at the heart of a busy construction site - you'll be the go-to person keeping timesheets, forms, inductions, and day-to-day site operations running smoothly, working closely with the site team.

Duties Include:
n

- Payroll & Timesheet Support
n
- Processing annual leave (AL) forms
n
- Processing PPE forms
n
- Organising site inductions for new starters and plant
n
- Uploading plant for site inductions
n
- Organising replacement site access cards
n
- Coordinating CPR/LVR training for site staff
n
- General Site Administration
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Previous experience in a site-based or construction administration role
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple ongoing tasks
n
- Valuable communication skills and comfort working closely with site management and the broader team
n
- Attention to detail, particularly with compliance-related paperwork (inductions, PPE, training records)
n
- Generous renumeration will be based on the successful candidate's skills and experience.
