About the Role

Take full ownership of our Brisbane CBD venue: leading the team, driving performance, and setting the standard for the guest experience - backed by the support of a growing multi-venue group.

n

Full-time, rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Experience

n

3-5 years' experience as a General Manager or similar senior hospitality leadership role

n

Track record managing P&L;, labour, and stock control

n

Current RSA and Approved Manager Licence (or willing to obtain)

n

Main Responsibilities

n

Lead and develop the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

n

Work alongside the Kitchen Manager to achieve venue targets

n

Own venue P&L;, including overall responsibility for labour targets across the team

n

Oversee kitchen procedures to ensure food safety and operational standards are met

n

Recruit, train, and mentor front of house team members and junior managers

n

Maintain liquor licensing and WHS compliance

n

Manage stock, ordering, and rostering within budget

n

Track performance metrics and implement strategies to hit targets

n

Lead by example on the floor during busy service

n
