About the Opportunity
n We are excited to present this outstanding opportunity to join a well-established early learning organisation as a Centre Director. Leading a newly built, purpose-designed early learning service, you'll have the opportunity to continue building a strong team culture while delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators.

As Centre Director, you'll work alongside a highly experienced, approachable and supportive Area Manager who understands the realities of leading a service. You'll also receive ongoing guidance from a passionate Pedagogical Leader committed to educational excellence.

To help you focus on leading your team, you'll be supported by a full-time, off-the-floor Assistant Director and Educational Leader who work collaboratively to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.

Management Responsibilities
n
n
- Mentor, inspire and lead a high-performing team.
n
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
- Maintain excellent knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
n
- Manage staff rostering and workforce planning.
n
- Experience using Qikkids, Xplor or similar childcare management software.
n
- Performance management and team development.
n
- Financial reporting and budget management.
n
- Build strong, positive partnerships with children, families and the local community.
n
n
Qualifications & Skills
n
n
- Diploma of Children's Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised).
n
- Previous experience as a Centre Director or an experienced Assistant Director ready to step into their first Centre Director role.
n
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Proven leadership and people management capability.
n
- Full Australian working rights (mandatory).
n
