We're seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer / Queensland Structural Team Lead to lead the continued growth of a highly respected multidisciplinary engineering consultancy throughout Queensland.

n

You'll become the recognised structural leader for the region, developing strong client relationships, winning new projects, mentoring engineers and building a high-performing structural team while being supported by an established multidisciplinary business with extensive technical resources already behind you.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Lead the continued growth of the Queensland structural business
n
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, architects and industry partners
n




- Secure current projects across the Queensland market
n
- Build, mentor and develop your own structural engineering teamProvide senior technical leadership, review and RPEQ sign-off
n
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across Australia and New Zealand
n
- Help shape the long-term strategic direction of the Queensland business.

About You

n

You'll ideally possess:

n

n
- Bachelor of Structural or Civil Engineering
n
- CPEng highly regarded
n
- Around 10+ years' experience within an Australian structural engineering consultancy
n
- Proven experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
n
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
n
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
n
- A genuine desire to grow both a business and a team
n
