Territory Sales Manager - Battery Storage & Inverters

About the role
n Our Client is an Australian renewable energy distributor supplying solar, inverter and battery storage solutions across residential, rural off-grid and commercial applications.
n This role will be responsible for growing sales across regional NSW by developing recent customers and managing relationships with solar installers, retailers, electrical wholesalers and project partners.
n The position is ideally based in Albury, although candidates located in Canberra, Wagga Wagga or surrounding regional areas will also be considered.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Develop new business across regional NSW and surrounding markets.
n
- Build and grow relationships with installers, retailers, wholesalers and project partners.
n
- Recommend suitable solar, inverter and battery storage solutions.
n
- Manage enquiries, quotations, pricing discussions and sales opportunities.
n
- Deliver product presentations, training and customer engagement activities.
n
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity.
n
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts,



account activity and pipeline updates.
n
- Travel regularly across the assigned territory for customer meetings and events.
n

Skills and experience

n

n
- Sales or business development experience within solar, battery storage, electrical wholesale or a related technical industry.
n
- Experience managing trade, installer, reseller or wholesale customers.
n
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and commercial skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed territory.
n
- Existing relationships across regional NSW or the ACT will be highly regarded.
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to undertake regular regional travel.
n
