Job Description

Ardec Painting & Decorating is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team working as a sub-contractor servicing the inner and outer East of Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula. You will be responsible for providing high-quality painting and decorating services to our diverse range of residential clients.

What you'll be doing

n

Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed

n

Mixing and applying paint, varnish, and other finishing products to walls, ceilings, and trim

n

Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment throughout each project

n

Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients

n

Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and procedures

n

What we're looking for

n

At least 5 years' experience as a Painter and Decorator, preferably in a commercial or residential setting

n

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work

n

Excellent time management and organisational skills

n





Good communication and customer service skills

n

The ability to work independently or as part of a team

n

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation

n

Your own tools

n

Australian Business Number

n

Hold Liability Insurance to be value of $10m.
