Job Description

LSC Homes is currently seeking an estimator who is passionate about joining our team.

n

Responsibilities:

n

Basic estimating quantities of building material

n

Get quotations from subcontractors

n

Preparation of new contracts and home specifications

n

Preparation invoices, quotes, and variation orders to clients using Xero

n

Liaison with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

n

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal procurement team to negotiate pricing

n

Reviewing client requirements for a project

n

Working with the delivery team to prepare proposals

n

Analyzing and evaluate offers and inputting cost data into spreadsheets

n

Presenting cost estimates to Senior Management and Project Managers

n

Briefing Senior Management and Project Managers on risk aspects of individual tenders

n

Who are we looking for?

n

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential home building industry.

n





Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and ability to meet deadlines.

n

Databuild experience preferred.

n

Excellent attention to details

n

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

n

Ability to build a strong rapport with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
