Labourer – Landscaping & Fencing (New Build Projects)

DCF Landscaping is a small, family-run business looking for a motivated Landscaping & Fencing Labourer to join our growing team.

n

While this is primarily a labouring position, we also welcome applications from experienced landscapers or fencers looking for a long-term opportunity. If you have the right attitude, strong work ethic and are willing to learn, we're happy to provide on-the-job training and support you to build a rewarding career with us.

Based in Flagstone (Jimboomba), we work exclusively on new build homes across South East Queensland, delivering quality landscaping and fencing with pride.

The Role

n

Your day-to-day duties may include:

n

n
- Assisting machine operators with digging fence and retaining wall holes
n
- Loading and preparing timber for fencing and retaining walls
n
- Landscape construction and garden establishment
n
- Planting and mulching garden beds
n
- Re-levelling front and back yards following build delays
n
- Watering and maintaining newly turfed properties
n
- Installing basic front yard irrigation systems
n
- General labouring and site clean-up
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n




- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
n
- Has a strong work ethic and is willing to learn
n
- Can work independently when required and as part of a team
n
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport (manual licence preferred)
n
- Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
n

n

The following are advantageous but not essential:

n

n
- Landscaping or fencing experience
n
- Certificate III in Landscaping or Horticulture
n
- Ability to read landscape and fencing plans
n
- Herbicide and pesticide accreditation
n
- Experience operating small plant and equipment
n

n

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
