Job Description

Bulla is one of Australia's oldest family dairy companies and has been producing products of the highest quality since 1910.

They are currently looking for experienced candidates to assist on the choc-top production line as well as operate forklifts when required.

n

This role will be ongoing from Monday the 3rd of August til 4th of September followed by a 5 week break and you'll be asked to return in November to assist for the busy period until December.

n

Shift Times

n

2:30PM - 10:30PM, Monday to Friday

n

Pay Rate

n

$38.47 per hour + super

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Observe processes and initiate appropriate corrective actions
n
- Participate in the routine setup, dismantling, cleaning and reassembly of machine and equipment
n
- Collect correct packaging material in accordance with specifications/instructions
n
- Maintain the supply of product and packaging materials to ensure continuity of operations
n
- Package and palletise products to the required specifications
n
- Move materials and products to and from processes or storage
n
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment;
n
- Use equipment as per safety instructions, and wear protective clothing and equipment as required
n
- Collect and identify samples
n




- Record information appropriate to the production and testing processes
n
- Assist in the provision of training in conjunction with coordinators/trainers
n
- Undertake training appropriate to the role, as well as personal and group development
n
- Participate in continuous improvement activities as required
n
- Continuously improve own capabilities through demonstrated commitment to personal development
n
- Perform other duties as required or directed
n

About you

- Follow instructions accurately as advised by the Supervisor
n
- Have a vaild LF licence and ability to step in where required
n
- Working in a team workplace and/or under routine supervision
n
- Undertaking duties in a safe and responsible manner
n
- Possessing basic interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Ability to comply with relevant Bulla Policies & Procedures
n
- Ability to identify faults or hazards, and initiate corrective actions
n
- Ability to accurately interpret and apply verbal and written work instructions
