About the Role

n

They are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join the Quality & EHS function in Sydney. Reporting to the Q-EHS Director, you will ensure quality management systems, processes and controls are effectively implemented and maintained across their construction projec ts.Working closely with Project Teams, Site Management and the wider Q-EHS function, you will embed quality requirements into day-to-day project delivery, support assurance activities and drive continuous improvement in line with company standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Key Responsibilies

- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across projects and sites
n
- Assist with compliance against applicable quality standards, certifications (including ISO) and regulatory requirements
n
- Participate in internal and external quality audits, inspections and assurance reviews, and maintain accurate records for audit readiness
n
- Work with Project Managers and Site Teams to integrate quality requirements into project planning, execution and delivery
n
- Review project quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, quality records and handover documentation
n
- Undertake quality inspections and reviews across active projects, documenting findings and agreed actions
n
- Support the close‐out of non‐conformances,



defects and corrective actions, including root cause analysis and CAPA processes
n
- Promote a culture of quality awareness, accountability and continuous improvement across project and site teams
n
- Collaborate with Q‐EHS colleagues to align quality, safety and environmental management systems
n

About You:

n

n
- Degree or formal qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
n
- Demonstrated experience in a Quality Management or Quality Assurance role within construction or project‐based environments
n
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality assurance processes
n
- Experience supporting audits, inspections and compliance activities
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Ability to operate effectively in fast‐paced, multi‐project environments
n
- ISO Lead Auditor or similar quality‐related certification
n
- Experience supporting quality systems across multiple projects or sites
n
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six
n
- SigmaFamiliarity with digital quality management or reporting systems
n
