Job Description

- Maintain and troubleshoot office computers, laptops, and basic networking systems

- Install, update, and manage software
n
- Provide IT support to volunteers and staff
n
- Assist with data backup and cybersecurity practice

- General IT knowledge (hardware, software, and basic networking)

- Experience troubleshooting common technical issues

- Understanding of cybersecurity basics and data protection

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a explicit, friendly way
