Job Description

L&F; Transfers is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and performance of our modern heavy vehicle and light vehicle fleet. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and committed to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate preventative and reactive fleet maintenance
n
- Schedule servicing, repairs, registrations and COIs
n
- Ensure fleet compliance with legislative and mine site requirements
n
- Manage maintenance records, work orders and compliance documentation
n
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and repair contractors
n
- Monitor vehicle performance and minimise downtime
n
- Prioritise repairs and maintenance activities
n
- Prepare monthly KPI and fleet performance reports
n
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
n
- Travel to local depots will be required monthly on a rotating basis
n

About You

n

n
- Experience coordinating fleet maintenance




n
- Strong knowledge of heavy and light vehicle compliance and maintenance scheduling
n
- High level of understanding for identification and securing of parts for vehicles
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
n
- Proficient experience with Teletrac Navman ( desirable)
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
n
- Ability to create strong relationships with contractors and suppliers
n
