The Role

n

You will manage a portfolio of clients and play a key role in delivering high-quality taxation compliance and business advisory services. This position offers strong client interaction, technical depth, and the opportunity to mentor junior team members.

n

Key Responsibilities Include

n

n
- Managing and growing a client portfolio
n
- Providing taxation compliance and advisory services
n
- Reviewing tax returns and financial statements
n




- Preparing returns and financials for companies, trusts, individuals and SMSFs
n
- Preparing BAS and IAS
n
- Advising on business structures, superannuation and strategic tax matters
n
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff
n
- Maintaining strong, professional client relationships
n

n

About You

n

n
- Australian degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
n
- CPA or CA qualified (or near completion)
n
- Minimum 5 years experience in public practice
n
- Strong knowledge of the Australian tax system and statutory obligations
n
- Experience with Xero, BGL360 and the ATO Tax Agent Portal
n
- Robust communication, analytical and organisational skills
n
- Client-focused, proactive and commercially minded
n
