Job Description
United Fluid Power (UFP) is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our South West team. Based in Bunbury, this is a permanent full-time residential role on a 5/2 roster, with regular travel throughout the Peel and South West regions supporting refineries, mine sites and port facilities.

Reporting to the South West Manager, you'll lead a skilled team, oversee day‐to‐day operations and deliver secure, high‐quality outcomes for our customers. We're looking for a hands‐on leader with experience managing technical teams, coordinating maintenance activities, achieving contract KPIs and fostering a strong safety and performance culture.

Duties and responsibilities
n
n
- Ensure all teams follow safety systems, processes and procedures
n
- Promote and coach high performance in work execution and enhance the technical knowledge of team members
n
- Implement Continuous Improvement activities that support long term improvement
n
- Support the development of the monthly revenue forecast and annual budget
n
- Provide direction and guidance to the maintenance teams
n
- Ensure maintenance team activities are aligned with the overall business objectives
n
- Maintain an efficient and motivated workforce
n
- Achieve weekly planned maintenance targets
n
- Creation of commercial proposals for workshop and site based scopes of work
n
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
n
- Computer literate with knowledge of spreadsheets, scheduling and word processing applications
n
- Strong relationship skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
n
- Good time management and work prioritisation skills
n
- Knowledge of maintenance planning principles and procedures
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
n
- Ability to work in and develop a team environment
