Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking experienced LF & LO Operators for a global engineering company supplying equipment, tools, and services for processing rock and minerals, based in Pinkenba.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operating an LO order picker to pick stock from high racking
n
- Operating an LF high reach for replenishments and dispatch
n
- Using RF scanners to pick and process orders accurately
n
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatchReplenishing stock in warehouse locations
n
- Performing general warehouse duties, including receiving and inventory checks
n

To Be Successful You Will Have

n

n
- Previous LO order picking experience (essential)
n
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
n
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
n
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
n
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced and physically demanding environment
n
- Good level of physical fitness
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Valid LF & LO Licence (mandatory)
n
- Comfortable wearing full PPE: Hi-vis vests, sleeves if wearing vests, reflector strips, pants or shorts, steel‐capped boots, ear protection (task‐specific), gloves, and safety glasses
n
- Experience handling bulk items – pallets and products of varying shapes and sizes
n
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on workplace safety
n
