The Role

n

As our Content Producer, you'll be responsible for turning real stories into engaging, social-first content that people actually want to watch and share.

n

You'll work closely with the HumanKind team, taking clear creative direction and executing it with craft, pace, and consistency across platforms.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Filming and editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
n
- Filming and editing long-form video (YouTube)
n
- Managing and scheduling content across social platforms
n
- Maintaining a consistent and reliable publishing cadence
n




- Packaging content for social (formats, ratios, captions, thumbnails as needed)
n
- Executing approved storytelling and campaign direction
n
- Keeping content organised, on time, and on brand
n

Primary platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Facebook

You're a creator at heart - someone who loves the craft of editing, understands what stops the scroll, and takes pride in delivering polished work day after day.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have proven experience editing social-first video
n
- Have experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation
n
- Have a strong instinct for pacing, hooks, and storytelling
n
- Are organised, reliable, and deadline-driven
n
- Are confident using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve (or similar)
n
- Care deeply about quality, consistency, and follow-through
n
