Site Installation Supervisor – Kitchen Installations (Joinery and Stone)

Claytons (AUST) is a national leader in the manufacture of high-quality kitchen and lifestyle joinery products. Due to ongoing growth we are seeking an experiencedSite Installation Supervisor to oversee recent build residential projects across the North West regional areas of Victoria, based remotely from ourHead Office in Truganina.

About the Role

n

Supervise subcontract installers and manage daily site activities

n

Oversee flat pack kitchen installations including stone to ensure quality and program compliance

n

Ensure installations are delivered on time and to Claytons' standards

n

Conduct installation QA Audits ensuring a quality installation to Claytons Standards and Builder requirements

n

Liaise directly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner

n

Manage defects and rectifications,



including coordination of materials and re-installs

n

Monitor KPIs and contribute to achieving a 95% DIFOT target

n

Manage, train and mentor subcontractors to ensure expectations and quality standards are upheld

n

Ensure all installers comply with OH&S; and site safety requirements

n

About You

n

Highly organised with strong time management skills

n

Proven experience in kitchen or joinery installations (highly regarded)

n

Experience supervising or leading installation teams or subcontractors

n

Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced residential environment

n

Driven, proactive, and focused on successful outcomes

n

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach

n

Comfortable working with builders, site managers, and internal teams

n

Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Apple devices

n

Strong understanding of OH&S; practices
