We are advertising on behalf of our client (Getsu Japanese Restaurant and Cafe) Position: Chef Location: Bowral NSW 2576 Salary: $77,000 - $79,500 plus Superannuation Our client 'Getsu Japanese Restaurant and Cafe' is looking for a Chef to join their growing kitchen team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Creating menu items, recipes and dishes, ensuring variety and quality
n
- Working closely with the Executive Chef to develop menu ideas
n
- Managing daily production and planning
n
- Determining food inventory needs, ordering and stocking
n
- Controlling kitchen operational costs
n
- Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
n
- Ensuring the kitchen meets all food safety and hygiene regulations
n
- Maintain a climate of cooperation and respect between teammates
n
- Train junior kitchen staff
n
- Prepare and cook food based on recipe guidelines
n
