The Opportunity

An established and highly regarded accounting firm in Brisbane CBD is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of the business. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role across administration, finance, IT, facilities and risk, ensuring the firm continues to operate efficiently while delivering exceptional service to both clients and staff.

Duties

n

- Overseeing the Administration team, including workflow management, rostering and resource planning.
n
- Liaising with outsourced finance providers to support accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations.
n
- Assisting with debtor follow-up, invoicing processes and month-end coordination.
n
- Supporting IT administration, including staff onboarding and offboarding, equipment procurement and system coordination.
n




- Coordinating facilities management, supplier relationships and office maintenance.
n
- Supporting risk and compliance processes.
n
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and assisting with operational projects across the firm.
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in an Operations Coordinator, Practice Manager, Office Manager or senior administration role within a qualified services environment (preferably accounting).
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
- Experience coordinating administration teams and improving workflows.
n
- Confidence liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
n
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
n
- Experience using MYOB or Xero will be highly regarded.
n
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
