And now, as Vorwerk Australia continues its ambitious growth journey, we are looking for a Marketing Director who has strong business acumen, ability to build relationships and acts as a strategic partner to management and business stakeholders.

About the role

n

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

- Experience in a similar role/industry or can demonstrate transferrable skills from another senior position
n
- A track record of developing, implementing and evaluating strategic marketing, communications and promotional campaigns
n
- Experience leading successful teams through coaching, training and development
n
- Experience meeting or exceeding business targets (sales volume, revenue and net growth)
n
- Successfully increased business growth, brand impact and commercial results
n




- A strategic approach, coupled with analytical skills (including data analysis) to plan and implement activities that drive performance
n
- Excellent relationship building, networking and stakeholder engagement skills, with both internal and external stakeholders at the senior executive level
n
- A collaborative style to building and maintaining strong and positive working relationships
n
- Outstanding writing, editing and proof-reading skills, with robust attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
n
- Strong influencing skills, as well as a passion for leading others, both directly and indirectly
