We are currently seeking Assembly/Production Operators & Warehouse Assistants to join the team at our Orange NSW site. These full-time roles offer secure employment, a supportive team environment, and family-friendly hours.

Working Hours:

n

Monday to Thursday:7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

n

Friday:7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

n

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

n

n
- Operate within our production and assembly departments
n
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to assemble agricultural/ industrial attachments.
n
- Assemble mechanical/ hydraulic components and products to meet customer specifications
n
- Assist with inventory movement including picking & packing orders.
n




- Utilises compony systems and software to process orders and navigate warehouse.
n
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
n
- Follow work allocations and job instructions accurately
n
- Communicate effectively with management, supervisors and peers to achieve efficient outcomes.
n

- Mechanical aptitude
n
- Strong work ethic and reliability
n
- Positive teamwork and communication abilities skills
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
n
- Forklift licence (preferred)
n
- Previous experience in a production or assembly environment
n
- Previous experience with warehousing software (ERP's)
n
- Experiencing interpreting workorders/ picking slips to fulfill an order.
n
