The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day to day running of our transport operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery across our fleet and driver team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage daily fleet operations, scheduling, and dispatch
n
- Lead, supervise, and support drivers and operational staff
n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and safety standards
n
- Optimise routes and resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce costs
n
- Handle customer enquiries, and service issues professionally
n
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
n
- Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports
n
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
n
n
About You
n
n
- Proven experience in an operations management role (transport/logistics industry preferred)
n
- Robust leadership and team management skills
n
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
- Sound knowledge of transport compliance and safety regulations in Queensland
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Proficiency in scheduling and fleet management systems
n
- Current driver's licence (HR/MR licence well regarded but not essential)
n
