The important parts:

- Hours:Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
n
- Work in a hands-on production workplace with a supportive team
n

n

What you will be required to do:

n

As a Factory Hand, you will assist in the production process, ensuring high-quality outcomes and safe work practices. Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Material handling and inventory management
n
- Picking and packing orders accurately
n
- Operating machinery, including manufacturing mills (training provided)
n
- Operating overhead cranes and forklifts (if licensed)
n
- Receiving and dispatching goodsPerforming general labouring and manual handling tasks
n
- Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals
n
- Following strict safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free workplace
n

n

To be successful in the role you will:





n

n
- Have previous labouring or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- Have experience in machine operation in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
n
- Hold an LF forklift licence (desirable but not required)
n
- Demonstrate robust safety awareness and adherence to procedures
n
- Be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
n
- Show attention to detail, reliability, and a team-focused attitude
n
- Have full working rights in Australia and access to reliable transport
n
