The Opportunity:

This role will see you overseeing a portfolio of services across Brisbane supporting Centre Directors to drive high quality educational practice, strong operational performance, compliance,



occupancy growth, and team engagement.

n

You will play a key role in:

n

n
- Mentoring and developing Centre Directors and leadership teams
n
- Driving quality, compliance, and Assessment & Rating outcomes
n
- Building strong centre cultures and team performance
n
- Supporting workforce, occupancy, and operational success
n
- Championing child safety and safeguarding practices
n
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio
n

About You:

n

n
- Proven leadership experience across multiple sites or teams in the Early Childhood
n
- MUST HOLD previous experience as a Area Manager managing early childhood services!
n
- Strong operational and people leadership capability
n
- Passionate about quality, compliance, and high standards
n
- Confident mentoring and developing leaders
n
- Background in a multi-site position within Early Childhood
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Driven, solutions focused, and highly accountable
n
