What you'll be doing

n

n
- Conducting private and public inspections for prospective tenants
n




- Engaging with applicants to assess suitability and verify references
n
- Processing and approving applications alongside the Property Management team
n
- Managing tenant enquiries and coordinating inspections and access
n
- Completing detailed and accurate ingoing condition reports and routine inspection reports
n

What we're looking for

- Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Empathetic, approachable, and people‐focused mindset
n
- Robust customer service skills and attention to detail
n
- High level of computer literacy
n
- Positive, resilient, and proactive attitude
n
- A team player who brings energy and accountability
