We're hiring a MARA Registered Migration Agent

Port Migration is looking for a current or experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our growing team based in our Port Melbourne office. Be part of a high performing team providing exceptional service and a strong track record of successful migration outcomes to clients across Australia and around the world.

The successful applicant will manage a family visa case load specialising in Partner Visas including Subclass 820/801, 309/100 and 300.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide clear, accurate and professional migration advice
n
- Prepare, review and lodge visa applications and supporting documents
n
- Manage a family visa case load
n
- Maintain strong client relationships
n
- Maintain thorough and up to date knowledge of current Partner Visa policy and legislation
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Current MARA Registration essential
n
- Passion for assisting Partner Visa applicants, managing a family visa case load and capacity to build strong client relationships
n




- Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills
n
- Demonstrated outstanding organisation and time management skills
n
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and solve problems
n
- Strong attention to detail and record keeping skills
n
- Proficiency in LEGENDcom and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams
n
- No previous experience required
n
