Job Description

360 Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and reliable General Labourers and Forklift Operators to join our team on a fulltime/casual basis for the AM shift. This position is based in Pinkenba and offers an excellent opportunity to work in the fast-paced warehousing, storage and distribution sector. You will be a key part of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods and maintaining high standards of health and safety across our facility.

Key responsibilities

n

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack and store goods within the warehouse

n

Perform general labouring duties including loading, unloading and sorting inventory

n

Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched

n

Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly

n

Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures at all times

n

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

n

Ensure the warehouse remains organised, clean and safe

n

Follow company policies and procedures regarding storage and handling of materials

n

What we're looking for

n

Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain one

n

Previous experience in a warehouse,



distribution centre or similar environment (preferred)

n

Robust attention to detail and organisational skills

n

Ability to work safely and follow health and safety procedures without compromise

n

Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks

n

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

n

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

n

Willingness to work flexibly in a casual capacity

n

Current Australian work rights and relevant identification
