The Far Post is located at the home of football on the Northern Beaches – Cromer Park. The venue provides an outdoor deck to watch weekly football games, an indoor function space and a bar open 7 days a week.

The Far Post is looking for a hands‐on Bar and Event Supervisor to elevate our member experience. This role blends operational supervision, event execution, and team leadership in a relaxing and welcoming environment.

What You Will Do:

n

- Lead:Direct, train, and motivate a small, dedicated front‐of‐house team.
n
- Bar Operations:Oversees inventory management, including precise ordering and routine stocktakes.Manage weekly rosters, authorise timesheets and produce square reporting.
n




- Create Events:Set up, run, and oversee club functions and member events.
n
- Ensure Excellence:Maintain high service standards, compliance, and a welcoming clubhouse atmosphere.
n

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience in a bar, club, or hospitality role.
n
- Solid organisational skills to handle stock control and event logistics.
n
- A positive, motivating leadership style that brings out the best in the team.
n
- Flexibility to work rosters across our core hours.
n
- Weekend availability is essential.
n
