We operate through two key divisions: Community Services, which provides life skills, in-home care, and community access support, and Social Enterprise, which creates employment opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

What you will do

n

This 'hands on' position works across several roles on the Transfer Station, including identifying items that can be sold or recycled and salvaging them, working in the on-site recycling shop, assisting customers to safely dispose of goods and material they have bought to site and to understand the rules around that disposal of e-waste.

n

As part of our team, you will offer customers a unique experience at our reuse market, process sales, manage inventory for resale, and help break down unsaleable items to maximise material recovery.

This role is not just about sales; it's about making a tangible difference in our community and environment by promoting reuse and recycling. You will have the chance to grow with Outlook, learning various roles within a motivated, helpful, and exceptionally friendly team.

About you

n

While experience in customer service or purchasing is beneficial, we are look for someone with enthusiasm,



proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities. Do you have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team. Retail experience is nice but not essential. If you are eager to learn and have a positive outlook, we are excited to train you and help you grow in your career.
